Avoid if you like sleep.
Hotel is situated next to a club where the music went until 5 am! The spa is ridiculous. They charge over 150$ just to use the facilities for an hour. Total rip off. No services with that. The staff is amazing. Really friendly and helpful. Too bad it did not make up for the stay. Bed was really uncomfortable and our room had one small window which overlooked an alley with trash. Felt like I was in the basement. Not the beautiful pictures in thei web site.

Don't do it!!!
They lost me when we went to the restaurant at 8:30 to eat dinner and we're told they only had frozen pizzas and assorted cheeses. The pillows were really hard and we the bed uncomfortable. They would only allow us to pay our room taxes in cash which no other hotel during our trip requested.

Like Home away from Home
Had to make an unscheduled visit to my daughter who is studying abroad in Rome and had to have emergency surgery. Chose the hotel which is near both the Salvator Mundi Intl. Hospital and John Cabot Univ. in Trastevere. The staff, ESPECIALLY VALERIA, were wonderful to me from the moment I arrived! They helped me navigate my way to/from the hospital etc. The rooms, like most in Rome are smallish, but they are nicely appointed, clean and comfortable! Never had a chance to enjoy the spa, but people said it was great. Just a short walk to the restaurants and shops of Trastevere which are great! A quaint yet funky cobblestone town (think NYC's Soho)! Ristorante La Scala (short walk away) was one of the best meals I've ever had! Thank you to Valeria and all at Trilussa Palace Hotel!
