Needs Work!!
I was only in town for one night and thought I wanted to stay in Old Town. Here on Business and found the room though spacious and clean, not really comfortable. There was a little wait to be checked in, although a man there was very helpful in trying to locate someone. I was awakened at 2am from terrible noises coming from above, even though there was not a floor but a structure. I finally called the office at 2:30am and was told it was not a person but most likely raccoons. This noise went on until I had to get up at 6:30. Not a restful night at all..

My favorite place to stay in ABQ
By far my most favorite place to stay in ABQ. Charming, quiet, and such a treat for me. breakfast made to order in the main lobby with a fire and newspaper I never want to leave. Some might have issues with the charm " eclectic" furniture etc. If you like new and modern not the place for you but I travel extensively for work and its always a welcome getaway. Beats any rates from a full service hotel, walk to old town. One time my room didn't have hot water... but they gave us a key to shower in another room went out for the day and they moved all of our belongings into a beautiful room. Service at its best !!!! Will go back again and again !!!

Very Good 8.0
A comfortable place to stay in Albuquerque!
The staff is excellent and made our stay very enjoyable! They went out of their way to help us with directions, local restaurants, events and how to open the trunk of our rental car. The breakfasts were excellent and helped us start our day off on a positive note!

Family trip
We spent two nights during winter, and it was very convenient to be walking distance to so many places. The staff were very friendly. The hot breakfast was very welcome, and the setting very nice, accompanied by the sounds of a crackling wood fire and soft holiday music. The property was nice, walled gardens, to escape the surrounding city: must be quite pretty, in summer bloom. We think housekeeping honestly forgot us, as they didn’t come, but it was only two nights, and we’re neat people. Didn’t bother to complain because it was a nice time, and the room, cozy.
