The guy who checked us in was nice and friendly. He was busy since when we went to use our key cards the whole system was down hr before we arrived and so he had to do all the rooms. But was effecent about it and nice

Cold water didn't work. Cold water setting turned on hot water. Basically a shower or bath that will burn you. Coffee was nice though.

Staff was very friendly building was run down and several rooms were clearly vacant with plywood on the doors. The room was clean but very in need of update, smelled of cigarettes in a nonsmoking room and lots of stains on carpet, overpriced for what you get but i feel the people running the place are trying their best.

The property was old and not well taken care of. The owner were not helpful. The internet was bad, the check in was bad, the tv didn’t work. The owner was in our room trying to fix the remote claimed his guests would remove the batteries and replace them with old batteries. He also said the town was in the top 10 in Washington for crime. Who does that?
