Looking for a new El Dorado spot
1) Upon arrival the front desk was unattended. After waiting about 5 minutes, we rung the bell. At this time, a gentleman came up and said, "you didn't need the bell, I was coming." My husband asked why he didn't say anything if he saw us standing there.
2) The hot water was lukewarm, even after allowing it to run for nearly 10 minutes, it never got hot.
3) The lamps only had 1 lightbulb.
4) The fridge freezer has buildup ice.
5) The lady serving breakfast was rude and had an attitude. There was a cup sitting by the waffle maker. The sign said "please use cup for waffle batter". Apparently, I used the wrong cup and she got very testy about it telling me, the cup I used was for the fork, which was laying by the waffle maker, not in the cup when I came downstairs, so I had no idea where it belonged.
6) There was no fruit and a limited selection of yogurt.
7) There was only 1 kleenex in the box in the bathroom.
8) The floor had not been vacuumed good because there was trash (glitter, lint, fine paper) in the carpet.
