Difficult check in
The gal at the front desk had a difficult time finding our reservation when we arrived - so our room was not ready with the requested feather free pillows. It will make it check in easier for some hotels if our middle initial was not used by hotels.com in the reservation.

Great place to stay
Nice, friendly staff, large clean room and bathroom. Bed wasn't as comfy as other Holiday Inn Express hotels we've stayed at, but certainly not awful. The breakfast had plenty of choices and hubby likes their cinnamon rolls. We were greeted warmly by the lady at the check-in desk and check in was quick.

Clean and Friendly - breakfast needs work
We've stayed in 6 different Holiday Inn Express & Suites the last 4 months and I really liked this one. Newer hotel, super clean, very good staff, eco friendly (love all the energy saving tools throughout the hotel) and as an EV driver the free chargers were great. We had a few small downers that keep it from being an absolute great experience. 1. EV Charging spots were full with non EV cars and couldn't charge when it was convenient. The breakfast was the worst set-up for all the Holiday Inn Expresses we've stayed at and here is why. 1. The bananas were so old that the fruit flys were circling them. 2. All of the bread items were dry. 3. No trays to take food back to room for guest who don't want to eat in the dinning area. 4. No bacon on the weekend and when they did have it on Monday it looked like they chopped it up into small bits. 5. No boiled eggs in the fridge. 6. No soy or oat milk option for lactose intolerant guests. 7. No sure if this was unique to this location but no chocolate chip cookies in the evening like other locations. 8. No on the go options like cereal boxes and packaged muffins or pastries like the other Holiday Inn Express in the locations. Lastly there was no water options at the hotel. The gym didn't have any water. The drinking fountain didn't have a bottle refi
