Good hot, but airport shuttle is a mess
The hotel is great, but the sole reason anyone is staying here is because of its proximity to the airport. But the shuttle runs sparsely, and is too small to deal with the number of people who want to use it. The early morning I was there, there were enough people waiting to fill the shuttle at least three times over. So the shuttle went back and forth at least three times, which of course meant the people catching the third shuttle ride were not arriving at the airport at the time they wanted (there was plenty of panicking), and had to wait unnecessarily long / had woken up extra early, despite having "booked" a place on the shuttle the night before. There's an easy solution: run the shuttle more often!
