Sheraton does it right all the time!
Great hotel and wonderful service however a bit far from downtown Ljublijana. Staff assisted with transit and tips on where to go. Lovely!

Firts of all, this hotel has "nothing to do with Sheraton". Why?! We, my two children and me, forgot our three expensive jackets in our room no. 247 when we left the hotel (28.-29.09.15) So, this day we were still in Ljubljana, and before we left the town, we recognized that we forgot something in this hotel. We called immediately the reception, but nobody could help us or give the correct information about the "missing" jackets. Allegedly the room service, we saw them before we left this morning, didn´t gave any information about the forgotten things in the room. So, after 2 weeks and repeatedly calls (from our side) with the hotel they didn´t cleared the situation. Finally the jackets were stolen and the hotel staff was not competent enough to solve this problem with the "room service". No comment. Pay attention!!!
