This hotel was awful. Looked nothing like the photos online. AC didn’t work, towels and pillow cases were stained, little hairs in the shower, no appliances, curtain track blocking the outside looking in was broken. They were under construction, but for a “newly renovated” room it was disgusting. Constant banging kept me up past 4am, called the desk multiple times but no resolution. Had a 2-night reservation but left after the first night. As a woman I didn’t feel safe staying there any longer. Still waiting for a refund almost a week later. Would not recommend.

Smell of the room is aweful. I was put in the farthest room possible. Bed sheets have holes in them. Towels are not clean, yellowish marks are very noticeable - like the towels are used to wipe up butts after poops. Disgusting. Will never ever checkin at any daysinn ever.

Worst Place
Went to check in and the room I had reserved was not available. The staff said there were no rooms available due to the hotel being remodeled. Staff was rude about my "inconvenience". My family had to find another available room at a different hotel (which took a considerable amount of time since there were 2 sporting events in town). After driving 7+ hours with small children this was not acceptable. Staff's last statement - "We will not bill you" - really disappointed in Days Inn! No one bothered to pick up a phone and let us know that they had given our room away.

I drive two hours from Augusta to Marietta and was told my room was cancelled while I was trying to check in. I received no prior notice of cancellation from the hotel or Expedia. The hotel realer of urine and cluttered with construction material.
