The shower leaked all night. After letting the front desk know about it, they did nothing. There was dirty clothes in the room after I checked in and I couldnt call the front desk cause the phone was broken.

Convenient and that's about all
When I checked in they told me I had already checked which I had not then told me to go up and try and "sort it out." When I went to go in there were people in the room they gave me the key for...awkward. The bed felt hard and springy...old...also I was freezing. The "blanket" they provided was so thin it was like sleeping with just the top sheet.

The room was still not ready at 4 pm. One of the elevators was out of service so it took forever to get up to 10th floor.

Dilapidated & Dingy
This hotel was old and in desperate need of updating. The room was stuffy and the air conditioner had to be set to 60 with the fan on high all night to be comfortable. I had to plug my computer into the bathroom plug to charge and choose between charging my phone or using the bedside clock. The bottom of the doors were missing the veneer. I wanted to get dinner and went to the onsite restaurant. Even though it was 7:00 on a Saturday evening, there was no one in the restaurant - customer or employee. As I walked through to the other side, my shoes began sticking to the floor and I decided to go out the other side and had to walk to the next block to find a satisfactory place to eat.
