Nice stay.
The hotel was in a convenient position for our needs on our visit. The Luas stops are walking distance and go direct into Dublin. We used the aircoach which is 15 mins walk and gets you to the airport in an hour. The hotel was clean and the room was very spacious. I found the roads nearby noisy at night, we were on the 2nd floor, we will stay here again but I will try and get a higher room or one to the rear. The hotel did supply ear plugs. We will stay here again, so it wasn’t that much of a problem.

Far from Dublin Center; Needs a Good Cleaning
Always amazes me when a company spend good money to put up a really lovely looking hotel, with a definite look that requires a lot of upkeep, and then does not do said maintenance. Equally amazed when a hotel in the 21st-century that is built to look rather nice, reverts to nowhere conditioning old-school European design and it's 30 in the hallways because they were not built like old European hotels. The rooms are loud when you open up the windows near the highway. So much so that instead of air conditioning they provide you with earplugs! The dirty outside of the building especially around the sign itself, should tell you something. Great shower but the door seals are gone in places and the drain is slow so it leaked all over the floor. The Hotel is next to a business area, and hospital, but if you're looking to go into the center of Dublin, the fastest way in, the green line, is a 13 minute walk and a 15 minute train ride into the city each way. Otherwise you were looking at €30-€40 to take a taxi in each Way. Taxi to Dublin Houston was €35. Taxi to Dublin airport ran about €48. The hotel has great features, and if they have a car or you are looking for a better value, and can put up with all the other costs, this is a pretty decent hotel. It would be a great hotel with a little more cleaning and attention to detail and AC. It gets hot enough that leaving the windows open is really a low budget hotel idea that doesn't fit the look and classification of this hotel.

Third time a charm
Our first room had an odor of cigarette smoke. We asked for in another room, which they did accommodate us. We found out later in the afternoon how noisy it was due to the loud bar music below us. We asked to be moved again, which they did. The final room was quiet and perfect.
