There was hair in the shower drain; the fridge did not work, and not only the staff did not fix it, they also did not apologize for it; parking in front of the hotel to load and unload is badly thought out and hazardous; the staff are rude and speak condescendingly, as if I am supposed to know how things work even though this us my first time ever in this city and at this hotel.

Covid prevented the buffet breakfast opening. The restaurant served a good meal on the evening. Stayed during heatwave 35 outside, air conditioning in room was great.
