It is no-frills but clean and safe. Decor needs an upgrade but it is all clean and functional. Located in a great spot. Close to museums, city centre and 2 subway lines. One subway station is 300ft from hotel. Very convenient. Tiny kitchen, not for chefs but perfect if you want to keep basic food around to make sandwiches or have breakfast. Bathroom was clean and functional with hair dryer. Rooms are climate controlled and controls are within reach so you are in control of your temperature -not very common in my exprerience so it is good.
The shower was plugged the whole time we were there and never got fixed. We were lucky if we got hot water. Wi Fi if it was working was average at best.
The A/C is not enough it is central and in the HOT Madrid .... The walls need paint There is not restaurant and bar
Good location and fine facility. I travel with my dogs and they are allowed here. The staff though is rather unfriendly and unhelpful.
No delph, cutlery, pots and pans were supplied when we arrived. Were not provided uintil 2nd day.
