My favorite hotel thus far!
An amazing stay! Dave and Jordan welcomed us in and took care of everything we needed! Rooms don’t have a fridge, but they’ll bring you one! It does get a little noisy due to the restaurants and nightlife, but that’s what you get when you’re in the fun area. Overall the hotel, the hotel staff, along with the staff at Birch & Vine all get 5 stars!

Don’t count on a seat in the Canopy Bar
This was my first and last stay at the Birchwood. The hotel and surrounding area are beautiful. It was a little pricey, but I was lured into booking a one night stay after visiting their Website. I was needing a romantic getaway with my partner, so the thought of having cocktails on the roof at the Canopy Bar as the sun was setting was all the motivation I needed. When we checked in, Brandon was kind, cheery, and professional, but did mention several times that the Canopy Bar was first come, first serve. I didn’t think much of it at the time. We settled into our GORGEOS room and headed to the roof. We were overwhelmed by the number of people there, in excess of 100 easily. There was no where to sit, barely enough room to stand, and absolutely no way to view the setting sun. Not the romanctic scene the website described. When you are paying $300 for a room, is it too much to ask to save priority seating for your guests? We ended up leaving the hotel premises for dine elsewhere because we were so disappointed. Once back in the room, the loud noises from the partying crowd on the roof lasted until 4:00 am. Our two bright spots from this visit were Brandon and the beautiful room.
