I am not usually picky when it comes to reviewing a hotel. However, the quality of this hotel was affected by several small faults. Namely, TV reception not good, one or two fixtures in the bathroom loose or hanging off. Limited choice for breakfast, one of the breakfast staff chewing (gum?) and some of the breakfast utensils not fully cleaned. On the positive side, the rooms are a good size, and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. These details are more important than the more irritating faults above. It was just that I would have expected more given that the nightly cost was in the region of 90 Euros. Also, many previous reviews point out the hilly location. Obviously the hotel cannot do anything to change that, but it is that issue, rather than the small problems, which would make me consider a different hotel next time. Shame really because, as mentioned, staff were so helpful.

Not very happy with this stay. Everything needs updating. The mattresses were hard as a rock. One of the staff member in the restaurant had a horrible cold. Should not have been there. The one good point was the housekeeper. Super sweet.
