providing a home theater, games room, and entertainment loft area for
hours of fun and friendly competition.
The outdoor patio deck has a private swimming pool and spillover spa,
perfect for warm Florida summer days.
     The Solterra gated resort features a clubhouse
with a zero-entry resort style pool, pool side cabanas, a water slide,
lazy river, and pool side bar and grill. The community offers a cafe,
state of the art fitness center, kid's playground, volleyball and
tennis courts, a soccer field, and a walking trail. This resort is
situated in a prime central Florida location with less than a 15-minute
drive to Walt Disney World and other local attractions.
