The hotel was okay the room wasn't clean property there was shocks in the room that did not belong to me the shower had hair in it

The room was musty and smelled moldy. It wasnt well lite and the tv sevice that you are useing was difficult to navigate. Overall ok at best definitely not an 8 on the scale. Id give it a 6 at best.

Ok stay
The hotel itself has a weird musty smell. Check in was so slow. I had prepaid through 3rd party site. She found my reservation immediately but took another 10 mins of clicking to check us in. The line to check in just kept getting longer and longer. Not the friendliest person either. Other than that the room was run down but not horrible. I felt safe and it was a cheap stay so I would stay again long as I wasn't in a hurry to get into my room.

HORRIBLE
As soon as we opened the door the smell of mold/mildew hit us in the face. Air didn’t half work and MOLD/MILDEW was growing on the mirror behind the door! The lady that checked us in was not informative at all! When questions were asked she acted as it was a problem to answer! When asked for another room she advised they were full and I could go elsewhere if I felt I needed too! For 278.64 for just 2 nights you would expect to have air and no mold/mildew room. Shower was nasty! Door handles mismatched! Cracks all down wall next to shower! Shower door you had to snatch to close or open. Just overall not a place I would ever stay at again and I’ve asked my bank for a refund!
