The Bay Hotel Stay
The location, restaurants, bar and pool area was wonderful. The service staff - restaurant and maids were fabulous. The front desk staff was somewhat snobby and did not follow up on requests such as booking dinner reservations even though we email concierge months before.

Great location - Outdated rooms
This was the 2nd time by husband and I stayed at this hotel. The main reason we came back is for the location. The bay hotel is located right in the center of town with a beautiful pool/deck area with views of the beach and water. The area is often windy and this still allows you to enjoy the sun and the view. The hotel itself could use some upgrades. We stayed in a sea facing cabana room which was nice to be able to walk right out onto the deck. The bathrooms are outdated and had black mold in the shower that seemed like it would be easy to clean. An old used shower cap was left in our bathroom for us to dispose of. The only reason we stayed here again is for the location. I cannot express that enough. The hotel itself is expensive for the quality of the room and gym etc.

Better hotels available for the price
the good: amazing location & wifi. the bad: rock hard beds, 3.5 star hotel charging 5 star prices. breakfast wasn't that good. taps broken. parking always full and you always get parked in yet you are charged a premium price for parking. wont stay there again.
