Nice Morro Bay Motel
Lady at reception was very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Great location. It was surprisingly quiet, but I don't think there were many guests this night based on the cars in the parking lot. Overall good stay.

I liked the bathroom, it was spacious, but the water stream in the shower was not strong enough. Our air conditioning did not work right the whole time we were there, and although the room was clean, the building was older, so it had a smell to it.

Paid a little more for balcony and well worth it. Room was nicer than the photo and very clean. Great view of the Rock, etc. Just a minute or two walk to the shops along the water. Check-in was smooth and man is experienced with patient acceptance of all types. He was friendly and I liked him. Good sushi place around the corner and great seafood at Tognazzinis. Searched a lot of places for a hotel. Won't have to search next time. And we loved the retro sign.

Furniture old, chipped. Carpet stains. Stain on underside of bed comforter. Room looked nice in picture but overall disappointing

The shower water was lukewarm and did not get any hotter. The tub valve did not work, water continued to pour out. Other than that it was fine.
