We had no hair dryer which the staff fixed right away by running one all way the from the desk to our room. 2 small bags of chips from the front area costed $9 which I was surprised about. Our upstairs neighbors were bouncing off the walls well after 10pm. It did get quieter after we called the desk. Coffee was delicious!
