We thought for the price point the resort exceeded our expectations. There were enough locations for food and beverage - the restaurants/bars were accessible. Quality was very good. The water park was an excellent feature. Staff were very kind and helpful. The room fridge was always stocked. The rooms are a little like general hotel rooms/not as impressive as other areas of the resort...however they were very clean as was the entire facility. My kids say this vacation was their favorite trip.

Honestly the "worst" part of the trip was the fact that our room was not cleaned more than once during our 6 night stay, however when we called for service they were super nice and prompt. Other than that, the staff was always super friendly, the pool was beautiful and food was great. We ended up upgrading to the VIP package which was well worth the extra few hundred $$. It was a super relaxing vacation in a gorgeous place!
