The cons outweigh the pros
The hotel location was inconvenient. It was approx 15 minute walk through shady/graffiti-filled streets from Basilica San Paolo station. The room was tiny. Our luggage could not roll through the space between the desk and bed. On Sunday night, loud music from the restaurant downstairs blasted until 1am. The following day, construction work nearby began around 8am. On a positive note, the bedding was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was big. The staff were very friendly. We didn't realize breakfast was not included in our package, but they let us stay and finished our food.

Disappointed
Hotel is off the beaten path. Not close to any must see sights and a distance from the airport too. The room was big but had a small window which overlooked an alley so it was dark and felt claustrophobic. There was only one open restaurant with a limited menu. The hotel was definitely not what I thought I was getting when I booked through hotel.com

Decent
It was a very nice hotel and the staff was decent. Free breakfast in the morning was wonderful. Not an ideal place for a romantic getaway. Traffic was noisy and the area was a bit sketchy. It was a bit of a walk from the metro but worth it to leave the area.

Not Clost to the Must-see sights in Rome, Italy
The convenience of the computer for guest usage in the lobby was wonderful and a great necessity.

A little loud and a little sketch
The surrounding neighborhood is pretty sketchy-looking, but I didn't really feel unsafe. It's close to the buses so that's good. The room was really sparse and the bed was really uncomfortable. We were also on the ground floor and it was incredibly loud in the morning. The place was clean, though. The buffet was so-so, not great.
