Hotel Leonardo was good, but there were a few things that meant it didn't get full marks. Room was a little outdated, shower leaked, shower hose was broken and sprayed everywhere, some mess and hairs on the carpet from previous occupants, mini-bar is very expensive. Receptionists were good, location is nice, so overall an OK experience.

Great location
A well situated hotel perfect for exploring the city on foot. the upgraded rooms are excellent in the Bookquet part of the hotel but the older rooms are badly in need of refurbishment, carpets are worn and the decor is tired. There was a mix up with our rooms but it was sorted. We were given a family room as they had no twin rooms left. The shower was over the bath and the bath was so high that I had difficulty getting in and out of it. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very helpful and friendly. If I was to visit Prague again, I would definitely stay there but I would make sure to book a room in the Bookquet part.
