Clean and Convenient, but needs better service.
Stayed for Business. Wifi was spotty at times. The bed was not the most comfortable. The staff seemed to have an aversion to smiling, except for the nice, young lady at the front desk when I checked out. She asked me how my stay was and smiled when she thanked me for staying. She definitely made my impression better. The rooms were clean. I have had bad experiences at Albuquerque hotels, but I will try this location again. I am in Albuquerque four to five time per year. I will be staying three to five days each time. My experience was not bad, but it wasn't what I expect for the price. I could have rated lower, but the lady at the front desk improved the rating. Thank you for reading this.

Convenient access, basic accomodations
The location is very commercial/industrial just off the freeway, although we were able to find a couple small restaurants nearby. We met a women in the elevator who said her car had been broken into the night before. The room was spacious, with a king bed, island desk and living area with sofa. The property needs updating and cleaning, but was otherwise a decent value.

Basic, dog friendly stop on the highway.
Pillows weren't particularly comfortable. Climate control was poor. Very loud and could not get the temperature below 73, in November. We had to turn on AC to help but it was so noisy we hated to do it. The area was sketchy, with many feral cats around the area where dogs were walked. Everyone staying at the hotel seemed to have a dog or three! The hotel is pretty and in good condition, but I can see why it might not thrive with the general traveler, without a pet.

Best Laquinta of our trip
the front desk person was friendly and knowledgeable. the rooms were clean and comfortable. breakfast was ok. the courtyard was nice for the puppies to be allowed off leash...almost like a dog park.

Convenient location, clean, and pet friendly
Love that they allow dogs to stay for free! La Quinta is my number 1 choice for hotel when we travel.
