Nice hotel; however, I encountered two problems which made me rather unsatisfied with my stay. 1) I reserved a room with the option for 1 full or 2 twin beds. Upon check in I was only offered a room with 1 full bed. I asked for a room with 2 beds and was told that none were available but that they would bring me a rolling bed for the room. Fine. However, they did not bring a rolling bed. Instead they brought bedding and made up the couch. Whatever. But that is not what I paid for. 2) The wifi signal was terrible. Only worked 50% of the time and only at 10-20% strength.

When we arrived it seemed comfortable, the room is spacious and has all we need. At night we checked the bed and the sheets have holes on it, not just one the two of them. They don´t change or give soap every day, they give you one super small set when you arrive and that´s all. We stayed there 7 nights, and not again they gave us personal care products. The cleaning also was not acceptable, they say they clean up almost everyday, but when we returned to our room the floor was dirty. I thing they say we clean up just to make your bed. One final recommendation don't use the hotel restaurant, it is totally horrible. The food its so plastic, they don't have variety, and the taste,,, very bad. You have plenty of options in the near and in the island the food is totally delicious, don´t understand why is the food so bad in this hotel. Anyway, that´s my opinion.

Book new style apartments, a big advantage! Location has seawater pool, excellent! Very satisfied with location itself and the area where it is, very close to the shops and the restaurants, everything in walking distance. We used the car for driving to the big plages, for exxursions and for driving from and to the airport. Recommended to rent a car right from the airport, very easy! Highly recommend this place!

The reception was horrible. Not friendly or informative. The last thing after a long flight you want to do is fight with a rule receptionist. This set the standard for my stay at this hotel. in addition, the breakfast was not editable. A huge waste of 8 euro.

Pros: Great location, lovely pool area and bar. Sea view rooms have a great outlook and are worth the extra. Negs: Rooms are tired and need modernisation. No room cleaning service for holiday duration (7 nights), fresh towels and extra toilet rolls (only 2 are given) are chargeable.

The staff are always helpful, but the hotel has changed their amenities inside the rooms., they have removed the sofa/sofa bed in most rooms and put a double bed in place of it., not everyone wants to go out all day, so their comfort is limited to lying on a bed to ‘relax’ and watch tv(?) - Also, the area around hotel could do with updating or even just tidying-up, it looked a wee bit tired! - another thing…. What is the difference between the superior and premier rooms???? Nothing….. but price., paid for a premier but there was no difference…. Will probably try a different hotel next time, very disappointed with this visit., have stayed there many times, but not impressed this time.

It's right by the sea...which is good. It can be very windy there though. The so-called self catering facilities were pretty poor - 2 pans (which hardly fit on the 2 ring hob at the same time), a colander, a bread knife (blunt), crockery (no dishes/bowls, just plates, glasses & cups), and cutlery. However, I managed, after buying a few bits and bobs (a new sharp knife and chopping board was essential). There was a kettle, microwave and a pretty filthy toaster! There was a bed in the living room, as well as one in the bedroom...not the best for sitting on to watch the one UK channel available (BBC News). The Marismas Hotel (where I stayed earlier on this visit) was much better than this hotel.

I was quite disappointed with the property as there was no sun on our balcony and the rooms were quite stark. The sofa was uncomfortable. The bed was very comfortable though and the bathroom and shower was nice. It just felt cold. Like an empty room. The cleaner was lovely. The staff I felt could be a bit more personable and in the face of adversity made us feel quite panicked. They started to shut down the hotel around us stacking all the furniture up in the grounds and there was red tape all around the pool. I understand the circumstances but it was just scary. They found us another hotel which was much nicer we were greeted in a much calmer manner and it all seemed normal there and the apartment was more like we were on holiday not in a disaster zone. If we had more money we would have changed hotel so we could at least enjoy being stuck in our hotel when in lock down.

Excellent location with views over the sea from front of property. Unfortunately unable to upgrade to sea or pool view as none available. Would try to book these type earlier next time. Prompt check in; apartments clean and perfectly adequate . No air con but not needed in February.Towel change only 3 times weekly. Would have been good if we could have hired swim towels to save us having to pack them. Will definitely return. Lovely little resort.
