4/10 Fair

Place was being remodeled, equipment and construction trash all around the one side. Breakfast was late due to staff not showing up, it was marginal at best. Room was not clean, spider web in bathroom with a live critter hanging out. Door was not secured and you can see light coming through all the way around. Steps going up to the second level seemed rickety and parking lot was over grown and the facility needed landscaped badly. The staff was friendly, apologetic and helpful and it appeared that they were actively working on making the place better. However, at this point what you think you are renting vs what you get is not the same thing.

Good place to stay for the money. Clean with friendly office staff. Breakfast isn't much and the property is a bit isolated, but we would definitely stay here again for a quick overnight on a road trip.
