Welcome to this newly renovated bungalow at only 5 minutes walking distance from the beach and near the centre of Westende-Bad. This bright and spacious home is the perfect getaway at the Belgian seaside



The Space:

This newly renovated home is perfectly equipped with 3 comfortable bedrooms, a completely renovated bathroom with walk-in shower, bath and a separate toilet. There are two bedrooms with kingsize beds and one bedroom with twin beds.



The owners carefully handpicked the decorations with light colors for a peaceful feeling at all times. The entire home is ground level, so there are no stairs! You can easily park your car in the garage or on the driveway right from the house. There's space for up to 3 cars.



The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare some good food which you can enjoy on the terrace or in the dining room overlooking the garden. Fancy a relax evening? Just rewind in the living area while you read a book, play a game and drink some wine or watch some television. The options are limitless!

Pets are not allowed due to hygienic and allergy reasons.

Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire bungalow with garden and garage. Access instructions for self check-in will be available via your personal guest portal.

Located at only 5 minutes walking from the beach and at only 1 km from the centre of Westende-Bad, this is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday at the Belgian seaside.



Getting Around:

***PRIVATE PARKING***

There's space for up to 3 cars. One car can be parked in the garage. The other cars can be parked on the driveway on the right side of the house.



***STREET PARKING***

***PUBLIC TRANSPORT***

The nearest tram stop is "Westende Sint-Laureins". This tram takes you to the entire Belgian coast line from De Panne all the way to Knokke-Heist.

*** EXTRA INFORMATION ***



- We provide prepared beds with the high-quality bed linen. One pair of bed linens per guest, per stay. More bed linen can be ordered during your stay at a surcharge. Baby bed linen is not included.

- We provide soft and thick bath towels. One big and one small towel per guest, per stay. More bath towels can be ordered during your stay at a surcharge.

- We provide a Nespresso machine and 2 free capsules per guest, per stay.

- We provide Rituals, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, shower gel, hand-soap good for 3 days.

- We provide a few starting amenities enough for at least 3 days: sugar, olive oil, pepper & salt, handwash, detergent, kitchen-towel, kitchen-cloth and a kitchen sponge, kitchen paper and trash bin with bags. We also provide dishwasher tablets if a dishwasher is available.



*** HOUSE RULES ***



- We do not allow smoking.

- We do not allow parties.

- If pets are allowed, an extra charge of 50 euros will be charged for hygiene reasons. This is only upon request and after confirmation.

- We do not allow guests under 26 years. We can make an exception upon request.

- We

ask all our guests to respect the low noise hours between 22:00 - 08:00.
- We ask all our guests to use everything with respect as if it were their own. In case of damage, the paid deposit will be kept for the respective amount. A secure link will be sent to you via Swikly for which you need a credit card.



The charged fees for things like accommodation and cleaning are split in 90% for real estate rental and 10% for rental of furniture.
