Excellent Location and Comfort
Convenient location. Single rooms are compact yet comfortable. Very quiet despite being in the heart of a city. Comfortable western mattress a real plus.

Decent hotel, small basic room, great location.
Room was small and basic. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Location is pretty good within walking distance to metro. Small basic room with small window. Lobby is on 2nd level and entrance can be challenging to find. Nice area around the hotel so the location is good.

Convient and great for westerners
Basic commuter hotel with small rooms, buffet breakfast and basic hotel staff (no concierge, although front desk will help with some things). Bed was too hard for a westerner but on par with every other hotel we stayed at in Japan. Shower water pressure was excellent. Room was a bit stuffy and stale air, possibly mold, but my allergies acted up every night and morning until we could be out of the room for hours. Location was great! 5 minute walk to the Ginza subway which has 3 lines.

Great Location & Spacious Rooms!
This is our 5th visit to Tokyo, but first time Staying at Mercure Ginza and it was an overall wonderful experience. Great location, spacious rooms especially for Tokyo, great staff at the restaurant and housekeeping. The staff at the reception was rather average and curt.
