Great location and wonderful services
This is an awesome hotel in Tokyo! The location is very convenience and the service was wonderful. The size of the room is somewhat small but you are in Tokyo. Nothing is big here:P. We loved to return for another stay!

It was a pleasant stay. The room was very clean though it's a bit small. I like the location that is a few minute taxi away from the Tokyo train station, and the hotel is also directly connected to the subway station by taking the elevator to basement.

Mercure Ginza Tokyo
We arrived in Tokyo hot, annoyed, burdened by luggage and 3 hours early for check in, but our room was ready and we were allowed to check in with no problems. The room was small, but being Tokyo we expected this, but it was very clean. The breakfast buffet was very tasty but a tad expensive. This hotel is also conveniently located directly above a subway station exit. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Tokyo.

I loved every part of this hotel. The breakfast was not worth the money, but it's optional^^

2 Beds!
This hotel is very nice. The surrounding area is next to the high end shopping district and has easy access to subway lines to get around Tokyo. The only thing I didn't like about the outside of the hotel was there was a homeless guy that stays right next to the McDonalds which is connected to the hotel. The rooms were very nice, the beds were hard though, but I like hard beds so it didn't matter to me as it did to my family. The rooms were very nice size for tokyo, and to have 2 twin beds for the price of the hotel was fantastic. We actually got to stay in the women's part of the hotel because they were booked fully, which only was to our benefit, because the women's section basically just has more security which was nice. So, I felt safe in the rooms. The staff were very helpful, you should go to them with all questions on things you may be interested in, because they can probably get you discounts. I went to a show with my brother that normally costs $60 each, and they were able to negotiate the show into getting both of us in for the price of one. So I was very satisfied by that. I will say that if you are walking to the hotel from somewhere, the hotel may be a little hard to find, but once you know where it is there is no problem. The front entrance really isn't noticeable because the hotel really starts on the second floor. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
