Very nice and comfortable, not fancy and new, perfect for us.

My boyfriend and I traveled to Seattle for a quick getaway trip during our college's spring break, and we loved the hotel's location and room. We had a great skyline view with a beautiful room, and a good bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and kept us warm during the rainy nights. It was a close walk/quick uber drive to the downtown, and certain ideal locations (the Space Needle, Pike's Market, Frye Art Museum, Museum of Pop, etc.). One last thing I'd like to mention is that the downstairs restaurant is delicious! Overall, a great stay.

It was a nice hotel, the service was awesome. The room was stuff and smelled like an old woman. Other than that it was very nice.

Loved it... Will be back. I hoped they will offer some heat in the rooms in the future.

Centrally located but rooms are depressing.
The location of the hotel is great if you are a patient at the hospital. The hotel is in dire need of a renovation. If nothing else, they could paint the walls in the rooms white, replace the antiquated paintings and light fixtures and put modern furniture in rather than the faux antique furniture. Heck, even IKEA furniture would be an improvement. I was not a patient at the hospital but if I were a patient or family member of a patient , I would want to come back to a bright cheery room. The rooms are just kind of dreary and sad. The hotel staff are very friendly and the hotel is centrally located, so those two things are good.
