Good for quick stay
Great location-good safe neighborhood, close to central city and Frye Museum. Hotel room was spacious but a bit worn-no air conditioning on a very hot weekend. Hotel did have nice garden patio for drinks.

Small, quiet, elegant boutique hotel
It's a small boutique hotel--elegant and quiet, in a lovely residential neighborhood. We chose it for those reasons over the huge, noisy, crowded Sheraton where the conference we attended was located. One problem that should be mentioned is that it is at the top of a very steep 2-block hill. It's a short distance from everything is downtown, but walking up,that hill is all but impossible. We did it the first time, not knowing, but after that had to taxi a taxi eve for 3-4 blocks. Going down was difficult too.

Affordable with Top Notch Staff
Stayed to attend a concert at Centurylink field. Hotel was located just 1.5 miles away and under $200. Customer service was top notch. Hotel was nicely done. Located next to the emergency room of the hospital, I was worried about noise from sirens, but it was surprisingly quiet. The twin bed took some getting used to and was a little uncomfortable, but not horrible...the pillow was lumpy. My only real issue was the lack of air conditioning. It was at least 78 degrees in the room when we returned at 12:00 midnight, making it a little difficult to go to sleep. Overall, it was a nice place. I would probably stay there again, in a bigger bed.
