Convenient and clean hotel with friendly staff
First impression....friendly and helpful staff. Room .....small but comfortable. Comfortable bed and shower. An enjoyable weekend getaway for my wife and I. Only negatives.....no pay for view movies, no closet to hang coats, clothes, etc, king bed took up most of room so one of us (me) had to crawl in from the end, sleep was disturbed by ice machine users immediately opposite our door. Valet parking worked out well....however we had a couple of inches of snow and no attempt was made all day to clear the snow, and later slush, from in front of the hotel....a few minutes with a shovel would have been all that was needed. All that being said, we would likely stay there again.

A little different than the photos...
The room was very poky - it was difficult to move around the bed without bumping toes / ankles against the frame. The pictures on the website is not representative of the room I was in. There was also a mechanical riser in the corner of my room that was quite noisy. That said, the staff were friendly, and the lobby smelled great!

Not at all happy with odd experience
Where do I start? First off upon checking into my room I smacked my shin and tripped over the platform bed that stuck out four inches beyond the edge of the mattress. There was less than 16 inches from the edge of the platform and the steel rack serving as a multitude of functions including hanging space for clothes, mini bar, television space, etc. Minor annoyances like no place for your stuff in the bathroom, etc. Next morning it took over an hour for the valet to retrieve my car, apologies were made, bill was adjusted, all was well. The following morning upon checkout it took another 45 minutes to get my rental car making me almost miss my flight out of Logan. About the car; when I got in the car I noticed the fuel level was below 3/4 full! I drove the car from Logan to the hotel, five miles, I drove to Newton and back, maybe ten more miles, I drove to Logan, another five miles for a total of maybe twenty miles. When I returned the car the receipt showed I had drive 321 miles!! What the hey Boxer? Did you use my car to go to New York? Was this one of your valet's Ferris Bueller moments? Did you refuel enough that I wouldn't notice? Some 'splainin' need to happen! Never again will I subject myself to this scam of a hotel.
