Cozy hotel in the heart of Boston
Wonderful location and hotel is beautiful. The staff could not have been more friendly. The valets went out of their way to help, even with directions and restaurant recommendations. The front desk were also warn and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. I would recommend this hotel for a couple or person traveling alone. The room was a bit small for my family but would have been fine for a couple. The location was amazing and we were able to walk everywhere that we wanted to go. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. We did not eat at the restaurant on site. My only complaint is that the need and pillows were not very comfortable. Though the front desk did say that we could have switched out or pillows so we will know next time. This is a very new hotel for the area but I think they have made a great start. Overall, a great value for such an incredible location.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Boxer. A much welcome change to the typical chain hotels. Very clean and cozy, staff was friendly and helpful. Great location! My only negative comment would be the room was a bit small and the hallways very dimly light.

Clarify the Parking
Hotel is cool and classy. Nice kitschy touches. Need to be clearer on parking situation. Nearly had my car locked away for the entirety of Sunday. Only saved by the Celts game after I parked in an adjacent garage that closes on Sunday.

The front desk was helpful and happy, really. They seem pleased that you walked in the door, or walked up to them with a question. They were flexible holding our bags and working with the valet parking.
