Family Vacation
The food was decent, but access to reliable Wi-Fi is nonexistent. You have to use your phone in the lobby for a good internet connection. There is no iron, ironing board or safe in the room. You have to go to the front desk to get an iron and you’re allowed only 30 mins to use it. You have to get a key from the lobby to use the safe in your room. This hotel can’t be a 4 star hotel, and it’s definitely not worth the money. Stay somewhere else if you’re visiting Puerto Plata. Good luck, travelers. You’ve been warned!

Our stay was nice. Food was great. Pool and beach were good. Not too many activities or shows during the weekday which was disappointing. The rooms were okay … decent…. Floors didn’t seem so clean , few stains on the bed sheets, and bathroom / bathtub needs major renovations.

Very disappointing. No water in rooms after 8pm. When asked about it they say they're working on it but it's the same everyday. I asked other people and they said the same. You can't flush, shower nor wash hands. Smh Not much entertainment. Basically after dinner you watch an one hour show and they expect you to go to sleep afterwards. Not fun at all, great disappointment. Dont recommend unless all you want is to eat almost the same food everyday and just relax by pool and beach all day to go to sleep by 10pm.
