Filthy slept in beds....totally unacceptable!
The hotel appeared from the outside newly renovated but lots of corners cut! Starting with plaster on the carpark floor and damp inside in the corners. Our room, a family room appeared clean and large enough for a fanily of 4 but the bed sheets on the single beds had blood all over the inside on one and thr second single had been made but was obviously slept in with wrinkles and even a soft toy under the pillow. This is totally unacceptable, we complained on the evening and were given fresh sheets by reception but had to change them ourselves. No offer to move rooms. With 2 small children we changed the beds ourselves but felt very unsettled and did not sleep well. Next morning we spoke to the recemption manager who promised it would be dealt with by senior staff, 10 days later we are still waiting to hear. Totally unacceptable service. Breakfast was basic and again plates etc were not clean. It was a very poor stay. We would not recommend to others!!

For the price it was a good experience Basic but comfortable. All the staff were polite and helpful . Breakfast was very nice apart from my partner finding a Long Black hair in her breakfast. My bath Towel had stains on it which looked like brown make -up!, also tea ,coffee and milk was not replenished in our room 119 as we stayed 2 nights.

Great Place to Stay
Lovely hotel and great price. Quick check in. The staff were friendly and efficient. Good food in the evening and good breakfast. Room was very comfortable with a great shower.
