Staff was very nice but that is the only good thing. You are charged 2000 bath as a deposit for a room, but everything in that room is old and outdated also this was the only place in Thailand to request a deposit in our case (we stayed in Bangkok and Krabi). Breakfast was just ok nothing special, same options everyday. Also would like to mention lift smells very bad. Overall we were not satisfied with this hotel and its facilities.

Transportation facilities are poor in Kata Beach. May be it is for off season that's why. I am not sure. Chanalai people are very friendly. If you have no problem to stay in near Kata Beach I recommend everyone to stay this hotel.
