Hell on earth
This place should be condemned. I stayed in the nastiest hotel room of my life here. I can't begin to describe one detail without being upset. Just imagine going to stay the night in the worst ally in the worst city on earth... That is the only way I can describe this crime of a property

Clean, nice updated renovations in progress
They are renovating a older motel. Felt 1/2 done. New floor freshly paint in rooms, and new modern mirror, but old yellowing switches throws it off and makes them really stand out. Bathroom door and it’s trim was beat up, needed replaced to match other updates. They indicated rooms were updated, but they were currently working on the outside entrance. Hope they’ll finish those things in the rooms. It was Clean and front desk staff were kind and helpful. Would stay here again.

Second stay, will definitely be back!
I love this place. Second time we stayed here since it's so close to my daughter's new home. Got a last minute room, showed up late, to a clean, comfortable bed and water pressure that felt so good after moving boxes and building beds. Not alot of amenities, but the morning coffee in the lounge was good, a quick grab for breakfast and we were back on our way. Will definitely be back and reccommend this place to family and friends visiting Akron. The ONLY complaint I had was there was no cups to get a drink of water. Luckily, I'd had one with me, but I'd have liked to had a cup.

The hotel is clean and easily accessible. It is just off the highway. The furniture is dated but functional. The beds appeared new. The staff were friendly and professional.

Rudest people
Worst stay I ever had. We were judged as soon as we checked in, constantly got dirty looks. We were accused of smoking in our room when we didn’t. Basically called us liars. Threatened that if we stay again they will just take our money and kick us out. The hallways smelled like wet dog, outlets didn’t have covers and it looks like someone locked a dog in the bathroom. There is also a large Doberman on the property that if left unleashed.
