Bring Earplugs!!!
take earplugs! since they have no carpet the floor above is very loud especially when the managing staff puts a young girls soccer team above you. I can only imagine that there were 4 unsupervised girls above us. when I complained to management (GM Eric Brown) he bullied me on the phone. he yelled and was beyond rude. left me shaking. they ended up moving us to the top floor (4th) inconveniencing us and letting the next person in our 3rd level unit suffer the noise from above. We had to move our room, be uprooted in the middle of our stay. I will say the rest of the staff was nice and helpful. I my honest opinion, Eric Brown has no hospitality training and is hurting the brand.

Pleasant Stay
We enjoyed our stay. Room was clean, huge flat screen TV, room was a little smaller than we're used to. Good breakfast. Be careful though, I burnt my lip on a bagel sandwich. WAY TOO HOT! Service personnel were very pleasant and helpful. I asked for towels for swimming and the clerk got them for me. Overall, a very nice place to stay.
