Disappointing
We have stayed at this hotel multiple times in the past and never had any issues. This time our room smelled like fish when we arrived and there wasn’t another room available. The manager offered to give us a discount however we had already paid through hotels.com so he couldn’t- didn’t offer any other type of solution. The next day we left and came back to the room still smelling like fish- we were able to switch to another room for the second night (that room also had a hint of a fishy smell). The pool area had the smallest “hand towels” for us to use. The hottub had brown foam floating in it so we quickly left that area. The breakfast was definitely nothing to brag about. Overall very disappointed and we will not be back again.

Overall the trip was great. We got what we paid for. It was obvious that the hotel was due for a deep cleaning and was understaffed, but staff always helped when we had requests (more towels at the pool, more milk at breakfast, etc).
