Laurelwood, A Destination Residence, Snowmass Village

The Laurelwwoos was perfect for us. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were twenty minutes by car or a gondola away from Aspen. We hiked the glorious mountain trails, luxurated in the hot tub and then prepared and enjoyed a homemade meal. We found the staff very accommodating. It is a great location to stay with children. We will visit again.

Laurelwood is absolutely beautiful! Wondeful people work here and will do everything they can to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. Our room was perfect! Full size kitchen, comfortable bed, spacious living area with cable tv and a dvd player. It was beautiful the entire trip, we were able to leave the windows open and the back balconly door open. Right behind the property is the mountain and although there wasn't any snow at level we were at, it was still beautiful! Snowmass Village has everything, restaurants, grocery store, gas station, a mall(with a Starbucks), trails and beauty all around! We will definitely be back!

I stayed there out of season, so there was no one around and very quiet. Unfortunately, the hot tub was closed because no one was around. The only issue I had with my stay is that based on the guest book no one had stayed there for a while, and although there were glass doors on the fireplace the room was very smoky smelling. My clothes smelled and suitcase smelled like smoke even though I stayed just one night. It was a very comfortable unit and would be great for a week ski trip.

The condo was on the mountain, ski in ski out. It was on the top floor, making it a bit of a challenge especially in ski boots. Also the thermostat was not easily controlled being on the top floor and we had to crack a window in order to sleep better. It was a very comfortable condo however with mountain views and very nice jacuzzis.
