Hotel Riazor Aeropuerto, Mexico City
Wonderful food, pool, room, and view!
We stayed here our last night in Mexico City because it was close to the airport, but it would also work well if you are willing to take the subway or Uber each day for sightseeing rather than staying closer in and walking. The staff at Hotel Riazor were so helpful and friendly, our room was clean and comfortable, and the food in the restaurant was delicious. The view of Mexico City from the pool on the 6th story is amazing.

A terrible experience at hotel riazor
The beds were so hard that every night we were there we couldn’t sleep comfortable on the hard mattresses. The shower leaked water and drained into the next room where the sink was. We called 3 morning in a row asking for extra towels to put on the floor and they never came all of the 3 days !!!! So essentially the toilet was covered with water. The gasket to keep the water out was not installed right. Even after I told them of the problem it went unfixed. We were charged $101 dollars a night and for what ????

Best hotel in Mexico City
We found this hotel to be nothing but excellent. As Americans traveling in Mexico, we should be ashamed of our Spanish speaking abilitiies. We arrived late night, the staff was excellent, They took us to our room and showed us everything. The hotel restaurant was opened until midnight. We got up at 4 am for our next leg of the journey. The shuttle was ready to go. We were more than pleased with the experience and the quality of this hotel. Thank you Juan Carlos!

Overnight Layover
There is a lot of renovations going on so the cafe is not available and there was considerable noise. For dinner the food and service in the restaurant was OK. Otherwise, our stay was great. The airport shuttle was a plus.
