The bed hurt my back so much that I couldn’t sleep. Also, the room is so tiny. Smaller than what I’ve stayed in before in the same area.

Staff and location was great, but room was too small.

Really good location but super cramped rooms, feels like you're in a cage, I have stayed in Tokyo and Kyoto, for comparable pricing this is the smallest room by far. Make sure to double check when booking for smoking vs non-smoking.
