Trip July 7-9th
We had to change hotel rooms due to a back up in the bath tub. Also, the in room security vault did not work. The head of engineering-Fred was awesome and so helpful. He was the only employee that stood out. They advertise that they have a free shuttle to the airport . When enquired about a ride we were told they did not have anyone. Fred took us himself. Front desk not helpful at all.

Great Location
This a great hotel in a fantastic location. The facilities were nice and the staff accommodating, even though communication was lacking sometimes. We paid extra for the balcony and we’re glad we did. Lovely views. In comparison with other hotels of similar quality the price was pretty steep, but it’s all about location I guess. There was a small issue about house keeping but the hotel was very reasonable and offered a small credit to make up for it. We took our dog (very well behaved Labrador) and everything was fine

Clean, comfortable, modern, and good service
Pros: Clean, amazingly comfortable sheets and bedding, updated, good amount of hooks / flat surfaces etc for holding stuff, outlets on lamps and alarm clocks, friendly and respectful front desk staff. Cons: Shower pressure is a little low and the sliding doors leak some water, we were placed right across from the elevator which was very noisy and disturbed our dog.

Check in was great, hostess was very friendly and attentive. Accommodations were great. Only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating, there was hair on the bathroom floor which was not ours.

Good value
The hotel is a great value. The cleaning crew is obviously spread very thinly due to the labor shortage. My wife and I had to clean the really filthy and smudged up window looking out over the ski resort. It looked like an entire family had wiped their foreheads along the window. The door into the attic was left off and cold air was poring out of the opening. I stood up on a bench and shut it and it was fine. Lots of usb, usb-c and electrical plugs around. Most hotels can't get the plug to device ration figured out.

The Staff was friendly, shuttle service was fast. Very quiet and relaxing Resort. Jackson, wy is beautiful!! I would come back. The Resort is right next to a snow capped mountain. Gorgeous 😍
