Money Back Guarantee at Best Western Bang Tao?
Best Western Bang Tao?...From our Arrival for a two week stay, not just a night, and considering we normally go to the Dusit Thani Laguna,just 500 metres down Bang Tao Beach,we were less than well received. The man at the arrival was very unfriendly,as if we were at his convenience. He shouldn't be in the job,as frankly he clearly doesn't like westerners. Then the first Room they showed us was dark,full of mosquitoes and in the middle of a 30 year old Block,when Hotels.com suggested it was "A new Resort"??? We stayed in that room first night & next morning asked to be moved to one of the ground floor end Apartments,which the kind Lady Manager arranged. The other major disappointment was the food. First meal? Great. Every other Dinner we had in the restaurant was frankly very ordinary. I am still having repercussions 5 days later. We would NOT recommend a stay at the Worst Western Bang Tao,and it is certainly not Premium. It is a 3 Star at Best with 5 star Prices. Forget it. We've been to Phuket 5 times in 3 years,and on this experience,we will not be going back.Ever. Blame the arrogance of some of the Staff,and on the haughty anti western attitude shown. We are VERY Frequent long distance long time Travellers,Internationally,but that's it for us, ever going back to Thailand. We would like to get our $3500 refunded from Hotels.com.

I stayed here for two days at the end of a month holiday in Thailand. It was perfect for some R&R. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The place was clean and breakfast buffet was excellent. Direct access to a beautiful beach was a real bonus. I’d definitely stay here again.

This was a fabulous resort. We loved the pools, lovely waterfront, the massage by the beach, workout room and amazing breakfast buffet. Wish we had planned to stay longer. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.
