Reaching New Heights at the Summit
Our stay was wonderful! The staff was super friendly! Our fur babies stayed for free and the summit even gave us two dog toys! My wife had a massage at the spa and she had nothing but fantastic things to say!

The hotel is well located away from tourist noise. Our room was fantastic with very comfortable bed and very roomy. Will definitely stay there again when in Whistler.

Vert nice
Very nice. Close to the base area but without the crowd traffic. The supermarket nearby is bigger than the one in the base. One hour free bike rental was included with your stay and you can rent it right at the lobby. The staff showed us a route for biking around the lakes which we did it just under an hour. Parking underground is expensive, I believe is about $20 a day. The girl at the front desk was so nice to point us to the parking lot #4 nearby which is only $5.00 a day that you can paid by app to extend the stay every mooring. The pool is a little bit small.

Very Good8.0
Lovely hotel, bad underground parking
Lovely hotel right in the busy heart of Whistler. Our experience started out negative, but once issue was settled, everything was really nice. The problem was the underground parking, which we had to deal with immediately. Parking costs $15. Ok, but the lot does not have enough spaces, AND, most importantly, is not suited for "larger" vehicles like SUVs, which are very common these days. Compounding the problem is that every few spaces (and these spaces are very small) is a big pillar. After selecting a rare spot, then gingerly easing the car into the space without touching the neighboring car, we could not open the driver's side door because of the pillar! So we had to go upstairs to ask desk help, who directed us to a lot about 2 blocks away, which charges $5/day. The hotel allows parking in front to get bags out before going to the recommended lot, so we did not have to haul our stuff two blocks, but still, it was a real hassle! The whole experience took about an hour, and this was before we even got into our room! Not happy! There seems to be no way to redesign the garage without losing even more spaces, but it gave a bad first impression to an otherwise very nice hotel. Just beware of this.
