Loved our stay at the Summit Lodge! The location is great, and the staff were lovely, from the front desk team to the shuttle driver who dropped us off and picked us up from the slopes every day. This hotel really cares about their guests - I loved the nice touches of the apres ski candy bar one day to the wine tasting the next. The hot tub also was perfect after a day of skiing and I thought the restaurants on site were pretty good. Highly recommend - I'll be back!

Great hotel, don’t count on morning ski shuttle
The hotel was a good location and the attached Cafe had an amazing manager. He was very friendly and represented the business very well. The one complaint I would have is the complimentary shuttle for skiing in the morning. It has NO process whatsoever as to who can load in the van and it often has to leave people behind. I was unfortunately told I would need to separate from my son because the van was full and it was a result of somebody who just showed up and cut the line. The driver stated “it was not his problem and we needed to sort it out ourselves”. Very poor service that ended up with my son and I just walking.

Hotel has great character and very friendly staff.
Charming hotel with lots of character. We found the duvets too warm and had them traded for blankets. Introduced to Stuf'd Dolls in our room and loved them. Just had to buy! This hotel is in a quieter part of Whistler near Olympic Rings with a Starbucks nearby.

Good, but a little noisy
It was nice except for the noise. The walls and doors are thin and you can hear everything that happens in the hallways. This is not good when people come in late and talk/make noise.
