한국인 룸 총괄 매니저님이 계셔서 정말 좋았습니다~ 괌에 새로 생긴 호텔이라 정말 기대가 많았었는데 아직 서비스가 엉성한 면은 있는 듯 했습니다. 하지만 책임지고 고객의 입장에서 만족을 위해서 충분히 애써주셨습니다. 출발하기 전, 왕복 공항 픽업과 샌딩을 맡긴 미키서비스 택시와 정말 황당한 마찰이 있었는데도 호텔 차를 내주시며 불편하게 가지 마시라고 끝까지 배려해 주셔서 그 분이 츠바키에 계신다면 언제든 방문하고 싶네요~ 참, 그리고 식사가 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 장한민 룸 디렉터님! 정말 감사했습니다~ 곧 또 뵈어요~
