Just an ok stay
The hotel was nice and clean. The front desk staff were amazing. The bed was a bit to firm for my comfort, woke up stiff with a sore back. Also, got woken up several times by slamming doors and heavy feet in the hallways and up above our room. The hotel breakfast only had one waffle maker which created a long back up at the breakfast counter for a waffle and the breakfast was almost gone by 8:30 am on a Saturday. The entire time we sat down in the breakfast area nothing was replenished and breakfast is served until 10.

Never again
Most of the staff was very nice, but the morning after our one night wasn't good. My son burned his hand on the waffle maker and when I inquired about first aid supplies, I was told by the gentleman at the front desk they didn't have a first aid kit just alcohol wipes and bandaids. It was blistered very badly and we really needed burn ointment. Aren't all hotels supposed to have basic first aid supplies? When told about the bedbugs, was told they had someone come in and spray monthly and it hadn't been very long since they'd sprayed but he'd have maintenance check. It wasn't just our room. There were lots of us there for a state robotics competition and our room wasn't the only one who had bug issues. Definitely had higher expectations.

We have stayed in nicer Hampton Inns in other places. The bed wasn’t very comfortable. We had a big whirlpool tub in the bathroom, but it was hard to get in and out because it was very slippery without a no-slip mat. Breakfast was okay, sometimes things were cold, not a lot of selection. Probably not going to stay here again.

Definitely just okay...
The reviews on were good, but we wished we had stayed somewhere else. The room was dusty and the carpet was dirty. The lobby area was nice, but the rooms seemed old and run down. Two positive things: the bed was fairly comfortable and it was quiet. It was also located close to the main shopping/restaurant area in Twin Falls.
