Nos hospedamos durante el fin de semana largo en pareja. El hotel es un 10 en todos los aspectos. Lo primero a destacar es la atención de todo el personal del hotel, muy amables, bien predispuestos y siempre atentos y con una sonrisa. Las instalaciones del hotel son de primer nivel. Muy buena y moderna arquitectura y todo en excelente estado. Las habitaciones son amplias y las vistas espectaculares. Se puede ir al SPA (circuito del agua) una hora diaria, una experiencia muy buena que suma mucho a la experiencia. El restaurant, en mi opinión, el mejor de Villa General Belgrano. Excelente relación precio-calidad. La comida exquisita, muchas opciones y buena variedad en la carta de tragos. La atención, como en el resto del hotel, excelente. Sin dudas es un lugar para volver.

solo una noche tuvimos agua caliente, no hay variedad en la cocina , no hay suficientes camastros en la piscina, lo que pedis ahi tarda demasiado o no llega, las sugerencias son siempre las mismas y no hay tablas de mar o fiambres si queres comer en esa zona. tuvimos dias sin aire en el comedor y alrededores.

Me encanto el hermoso sentido estético que tiene la propiedad, las personas que ofrecen servicio desde la gerente, recepcionista, mozos y el clima general de armonía que se percibe en consonancia con la paz y la tranquilidad que se rescata de hacer estadía. Lo que me gustaría que pudiesen mejorar es la limpieza de la piscina y alrededores, así como me gustaría mayor variedad de opciones de comidas. Me encanto de sobre manera el resultado del trabajo hecho en el aniversario y a fin de año, fueron eventos donde me senti muy a gusto. Sin dudas lo recomiendo y volvería una y otra vez, la belleza del lugar y las personas que ofrecen servicio lo hacen todo!!!
