I spent 2 nights at Ostello Bello. The service was good, the staff was friendly, it was in a great location and at first the room looked clean. But I woke up the first morning with a number of flea bites on my arms, neck and face. The second day of my stay, I heard a dog barking down the hallway from my room, so I expect pets are allowed. If pets are allowed, it should be stated on the website, and the rooms should be sprayed for fleas once the pet is gone (or designate only certain rooms for pets). I have had red welts on my face, neck and arms and have itched for 4 days.
