Central city gem!
Our stay at Quest Cathedral Junction was a great success. The apartment was extremely spacious and very well equiped, right down to having laundry detergent for the washer/dryer!
The beds were comfy, heaters efficient and the kitchen had everything needed.
It was very conveniently located - about 5 mins walk down Colombo St to the bus interchange and another bus stop about 50 metres away.
The Riverside Markets were only a 10 minute stroll away, as were dozens of cafes, restaurants and shops, and the new Regent Street precinct could be seen from our window!
Don't be put off by the pictures of the Christchurch tram being so close. Indeed it runs right through the building, but you can only hear it once on the hour as it heads off and the Restaurant tram is finished by about 9pm.
The picturesque Avon River was 3 blocks away, providing beaut walking paths.
The staff were friendly and helpful and we would have no hesitation in staying there again, or recommending it.
