New but Noisy
We stayed 2 nights. The walls and floor were way too thin. We could hear everything that was being said in adjoining rooms and above us. Also, no matter how long your stay is you are only given 1 bottle per person. Same as a 1 nighter. Too expensive for value. Our view was of a back parking lot and noisy late at night. Great bikes!

Wow! Oceanfront.
Hotel is clean and staff very nice. Most rooms are ocean front or has inlet water views. We got a first floor ocean front room and we can open the sliding doors and access the lounge chairs about 15 feet away or the water about 50 feet away. Amazing! Beds comfortable. We had little kitchenette which was very convenient and all we needed. Bathroom very small and wish it had some shelving or even hooks for convenience. Overall we loved our stay.

Amazing
It was a last minute decision to book a night at the cape and was so happy I found Falmouth Tides. They have a private beach, lawn chairs, paddle boards, rafts. It couldn’t have been nicer and a better experience! The front desk was so so nice, they give you two complimentary waters in the room, plus a free water cooler to fill up (in the front desk area) they also have a wine cooler / refrigerator in the rooms which was great since we stocked up before we left for the cape lol! It was great! And pet friendly so I may bring my pup next time!
